Owner & Project ManagerBen Campos
Ben Campos is the owner of Campos Construction and brings a hands-on understanding of both construction and the business behind it. With experience in mobile and manufactured home remodeling, Ben takes pride in making sure every project is approached with a clear plan, honest communication, and attention to detail from start to finish.
As a business owner, Ben understands that a successful project is about more than just getting the work done. It’s about keeping things organized, communicating with homeowners, coordinating the right crew, and making sure the entire process runs smoothly. He believes that when a business operates efficiently, customers feel the difference. He values doing things the right way and building lasting relationships with the people he serves.
Outside of work, Ben is a proud husband and father to his young daughter. His family is a big part of what motivates him to continue building a company he can be proud of.

With nearly 34 years of experience in the construction industry, Bruce brings a wealth of hands-on knowledge and a trained eye to every project he takes on. He understands the importance of doing things the right way—not just getting the job done, but getting it done efficiently, thoughtfully, and with results that will last.
Bruce has a natural eye for the craft and knows how to look beyond what’s immediately visible. Whether a project calls for structural or foundational work, functional improvements, or cosmetic and design updates, he helps homeowners understand their options and make decisions that fit both their home and their goals. His years of experience have taught him how to identify potential issues, think through the details, and help guide customers toward solutions that are practical, well-built, and worth the investment.
Outside of Campos Construction, family is at the center of Bruce’s life. He is a husband, father of four, and proud grandfather of six. He also has the unique privilege of being Ben’s father-in-law, making Campos Construction very much a family-run business.
After nearly two decades in the industry, Bruce brings something that can’t be taught overnight: experience, perspective, and an eye for knowing what a project truly needs.
